I am an evolutionary biologist and vertebrate palaeontologist studying the evolution of dinosaurs. I especially like to spend my time thinking about ankylosaurs, a group of armoured dinosaurs which sometimes have cool tail weapons.
I supervise undergraduate and graduate students through my adjunct appointment in Earth and Ocean Sciences at the University of Victoria, and prospective students and postdocs can contact me by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for more information.
From 2016 to 2018 I was an NSERC Postdoctoral Fellow working with Dr. David Evans at the Royal Ontario Museum and University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. From 2014 to 2016 I was based at the Paleontology Research Lab at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences (a joint position with North Carolina State University).
